Az MR1 Kossuth Rádió 2010. március 10-ei Napközben című műsorában az elektromos és elektronikai hulladékok hazai hasznosítási helyzetéről beszélgetett Érczfalvi András műsorvezető Zsifkovits Andrással a CCR RELECTRA Nonprofit Kft. és a CCR REBAT Nonprofit Kft. ügyvezető igazgatójával és Mészáros Fannival a CECED Magyarország Egyesülés cégvezetőjével. A beszélgetésen szó esett az e-hulladékok szelektív gyűjtésének jelenlegi mértékéről, valamint az egyre fokozódó visszagyűjtési arányok biztonságos teljesítése miatt megszervezésre kerülő e-hulladék visszavételi akciókról. Cycleon won World Mail Award

Due to its rapid growth Cycleon got the World Mail Award 2009 in Munich. Furthermore Cycleon was nominated in the categories „E-Commerce“ as well as „Innovation“. Therewith the company based in Utrecht has established itself in the top flight of the worldwide postal service providers. The World Mail Awards haven been awarded in twelve categories and for the tenth time this year. The Jury have been the industry’s international top executives. Cycleon Netherlands B.V. is a subsidiary of the Reverse Logistics (Group) GmbH, Munich.

The European countries generate around 1.3 billion tonnes of waste yearly; out of this amount approximately 2.2 million tonnes are collected as e-waste, 330.3 million tonnes are collected as packaging waste and less than 50,000 tonnes are waste portable batteries. Concerned about the state of the European environment, the EUCommission and European Parliament sharpen the rules for the eco-design of the manufactured products and for the management of their waste.

Thomas Schneider (42) ist zum Geschäftsführer des Reverse Logistikers CCR Austria GmbH ernannt worden. Schneider ist seit Juli 2007 für das Unternehmen tätig und hatte zuletzt die Position des Sales Directors inne. Zu seinen wesentlichen Aufgaben zählen die Akquisition von Neugeschäft sowie der Ausbau des bereits bestehenden Geschäftsfelds Automotive mit dem Bestandskunden BMW.

Black&Decker Hungary has chosen the take-back systems of CCR Magyarország, namely CCR REBAT and CCR RELECTRA to fulfil the legal obligations for waste collection and recycling in case of batteries and electronics. CCR Magyarország is a subsidiary of CCR Logistics Systems AG seated in Dornach near Munich.
CCR Industry leader in the retrieval and disposal of spent energy saving lamps

CCR as operator of OLAV, Germany’s largest take-back system for lamps, achieved a take-back volume of around 21 million spent lamps for mandatory disposal in the year 2008. Birgit Siegemund, responsible for the OLAV sector at CCR, sees this as a further step on the way to environmentally-friendly collecting and recycling of energy-saving lamps and other gas discharge lamps.
CCR receives contract from Peugeot for workshop disposal

CCR Deutschland AG, a subsidiary of CCR Logistics Systems AG, has been awarded the contract for the nationwide disposal of waste and packaging materials from the approx. 830 dealerships belonging to the Peugeot Germany organisation, which is part of the PSA Group. CCR can now extend its market leadership in the area of workshop disposal by more than 50 %. Peugeot is the latest big name company to join the CCR’s customer base, which in Germany also includes companies such as Audi, BMW, Citroën, Mini, Mitsubishi, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, Toyota and VW.
CCR officially approved as WEEE take back system in Rumania – the only provider for the return of all ten product categories

CCR Logistics Systems RO S.R.L., the Rumanian subsidiary of CCR, was approved by the national Environment Agency of Rumania as a take back system for waste electrical and electronic equipment on 18 December 2008. This makes CCR with CCR RELECTRA the only system that has been licensed for all ten product categories.
DEKRA bestätigt Branchenlösung der Vfw GmbH

In einer gemeinsamen Stellungnahme bestätigen die DEKRA Certification GmbH (DEKRA) in Stuttgart sowie die Vfw GmbH in Köln, dass die am 22. August 2008 erstellten Bescheinigungen dem § 6 Abs. 2 der Verpackungsverordnung (VerpackV) in der Fassung vom 02. April 2008 entsprechen. Das von der Vollversammlung der Bund/Länder Arbeitsgemeinschaft Abfall (LAGA) verabschiedete Eckpunktepapier zur Konkretisierung der Anforderungen an branchenbezogene Selbstentsorgermodelle nach § 6 Abs. 2 der VerpackV (Branchenlösungen) in der Fassung vom 10. Juni 2008 wurde berücksichtigt.

Als Meldung ohne versachlichten Hintergrund hat der Geschäftsführer der in Köln ansässigen Vfw GmbH, Achim Winter, Meldungen des BDE bezeichnet, nachdem "die Dualen Systeme" durch die mit der 5.Novelle der VerpackV neu zugeschnittenen Branchenlösungen für die Selbstentsorgung "gefährdeter denn je" seien. Die Vfw GmbH, die selbst auf dem Markt der Dualen Systeme aber auch im Bereich der Branchenlösungen tätig ist, teile diese Ansicht überhaupt nicht, teilte das Unternehmen mit.
Control and profit & loss transfer agreement between CCR Logistics Systems AG and Reverse Logistics GmbH entered in commercial register

The control and profit & loss transfer agreement between CCR Logistics Systems AG and Reverse Logistics GmbH of 07.11.2007 was entered in the commercial register on November 12th, 2008. The Extraordinary General Meeting of CCR Logistics Systems AG had previously accepted the agreement on December 21st, 2007. Legal actions against the general meeting resolution were rejected by the trial court (court of first instance) and during the appeal, CCR Logistics AG reached a settlement with the remaining plaintiffs by means of a compensation agreement.

Die CCR Deutschland AG, Tochterunternehmen der CCRLogistics Systems AG, ist nun auch im Recycling von ausrangierten Mobiltelefonen tätig. Mit dem Unternehmen Vodafone Deutschland wurde vor kurzem ein Kooperationsvertrag zur Rücknahme nicht mehr gebrauchter Handys abgeschlossen. Im Rahmen dieses Projektes spendet Vodafone die Recyclingerlöse aus dem Handyrecycling an gemeinnützige Organisationen, die sich für vielfältige Projekte in den Bereichen Umwelt und Soziales einsetzen. Hierzu gehören u.a. die Stiftung Off Road Kids und der Naturschutzbund Deutschland e.V.
CCR Magyarorszàg: acquisitions of compliance schemes completed

Es handelt sich hierbei um Branchenlösungen mit den Schwerpunkten Vfw AUTOMOTIVE, Vfw ELECTRONIC, Vfw PRINT & OFFICE, Vfw BAU, Vfw FLORA, Vfw STYLE & FASHION, Vfw REMEDICA, sowie Vfw HOTEL GASTRO & FOOD, in welche die jeweils relevanten gleichgestellten Anfallstellen eingruppiert sind.
New Managing Director and Successful Audit at Vfw

RLG is pleased to announce that Michael Heising has been appointed Managing Director of Vfw GmbH. In this position, he will be responsible for the company in addition to Mr Helmerking and Mr Winter with immediate effect. Michael Heising has a solid wealth of experience in the area of environmental management. He has already been managing the Sales division in his position as Director of Group Development at RLG since April this year and since recently the Procurement division of Vfw.
Reorganisation of Vfw virtually completed

Vfw has announced that the reorganisation commenced in November 2007 following its takeover by Reverse Logistics GmbH in the spring has almost been completed. On the Board of Directors, Uwe Helmerking is now the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal Officer, Jens Thomas, a longstanding Vfw employee and the company's authorised signatory, has taken over as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer, while Marc Zube is responsible for personnel.
Neue Software Infor erfolgreich bei Vfw eingeführt

Um sich den zunehmenden Herausforderungen auch softwareseitig zu stellen, hat die Reverse Logistics Group im August 2007 beschlossen, bei ihrer Tochter Vfw eine neue Software einzuführen. Das seit Beginn 1999 verwendete BaaN IV System wurde zu Halbjahr 2008 erfolgreich durch das System Infor ERP LN abgelöst. Damit ist die Vfw auf dem neusten Stand der Technik und kann sowohl die angestrebte Internationalisierung als auch die neuen Anforderungen, die die 5. Novelle der Verpackungsverordnung und der Betrieb eines Dualen Systems mit sich bringen, rasch umsetzen.
Vfw mit vergrößerter Bürofläche, Verkauf der Lagerimmobilie in Köln

Mit der klaren Fokussierung der Vfw GmbH auf das Geschäftsfeld der Verpackungsrücknahme wurde auch der Geschäftsbereich Health Care Logistics ausgegliedert. Vor kurzem wurde dazu auch die bisher im Eigentum der Vfw befindliche Lagerhalle, die seitens der Health Care Logistics nur zu kleinen Teilen genutzt werden konnte, an ein benachbartes Unternehmen veräußert.
Reinforcements at Reverse Logistics GmbH: Management expansion at Vfw and strengthening of international purchasing at CCR

The Board of Management at Vfw GmbH in Cologne has been strengthened by the addition of Dr. Michael Heising. As Director for Group Development at RLG, Dr. Heising will take charge of the Sales and Strategy department at Vfw until further notice. Achim Winter, who combines the roles of Managing Director of RLG and Vfw with that of CEO of CCR Logistics Systems AG, will thus experience a much reduced workload and be able to devote himself to tasks relating to the entire group.
Batterierücknahmesystem Vfw REBAT steigert in 2007 erneut Sammel- und Verwertungsquoten

Das System Vfw REBAT für die Rücknahme und Entsorgung gebrauchter Batterien und Akkumulatoren hat seine Rücknahmequote in 2007 auf fast 51% erhöht. Auch die Verwertungsquote konnte nochmals gesteigert werden, so dass Vfw REBAT einen großen Beitrag zum Umwelt- und Ressourcenschutz geleistet hat. Mit diesen Ergebnissen ist Vfw REBAT gut auf die Anforderungen der Batterieverordnung (BattV) vorbereitet.
CCR Italia is successfully entering the Italian WEEE market

CCR RELECTRA is growing continuously its international nbusiness and number of customers by signing numerous contracts, both B2B and B2C. In Italy CCR RELECTRA became about one month ago an official consortio and is part of the groups who are defining the Italian Clearing house for WEEE. In the meantime CCR Italia could sign a contract with ECOR'iT, a large Italian take back System having under contract about 60.000 t appliances put on market. CCR Italia is the general contractor for ECOR'iT and has already a verbal confirmation of getting another 30.000 t of WEEE as general contractor.

Nachdem der Vertrag als Generalunternehmen der europäischen Recyclingplattform ERP zum Ende des vergangenen Jahres ausgelaufen ist, startet CCR mit einem beispiellosen internationalen Angebot für Kunden im Bereich der Entpflichtung von Elektroaltgeräten durch. In nicht weniger als 13 Ländern bietet CCR seit dem 1. Januar die Entsorgung gemäß der jeweiligen Gesetzgebung an. Dazu gehören neben der Bundesrepublik Deutschland Staaten wie Italien, Großbritannien, Polen, Österreich, aber auch beispielsweise die Schweiz, Slowenien, die Slowakei oder auch Ungarn.
